Samantha Lester

Solicitor 

Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 2019 having trained at a Legal 500 regional firm in the South East. She has since worked with two other Legal 500 firms in the South East, before returning to the North West and joining MSB in December 2021.  

Samantha has experience in a broad range of family matters, including those of a complex and high net worth nature. She has a particular interest and experience in divorce and financial proceedings, domestic abuse cases with non-molestation and occupation orders as well as private Children Act matters and financial wealth protection including pre and post nuptial agreements. 

Samantha is committed to resolving matters outside of court where possible, but her experience representing clients within court enables her to support clients throughout the process whichever route is taken. Samantha is personable and compassionate to her clients as she understands that this is often a stressful and highly emotional time, and as a result her clients can expect to receive tailored pragmatic advice based on their individual circumstances.
